Cancellation Policy

At ViperX, we aim to deliver high-quality detailing services while maintaining a clear and fair scheduling system. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are handled.

Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed through call, SMS, or email. By confirming a booking, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without any charges. Short-notice rescheduling may result in a fee, depending on time allocated, travel preparations, or staffing.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a partial or full cancellation fee to cover lost booking time and preparation.

No-Show Policy
If a client fails to be present at the scheduled location or does not respond to our attempts to contact them, the appointment may be classified as a no-show. No-shows may be charged the full or partial service amount depending on time lost.

Mobile Service Access
If our team arrives at the location and is unable to perform the service due to blocked access, incorrect address, unsafe working conditions, or unavailable vehicle, this may be treated similarly to a cancellation or no-show.

Weather Conditions
In cases of extreme or unsafe weather, ViperX reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the booking. Clients will not be charged for weather-related cancellations beyond their control.

Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please contact us immediately. Delays may shorten service time or require rescheduling.

Deposits (If Applied)
For premium or large detailing services, a deposit may be required. Deposits may be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show.
