Bookings & Scheduling
All bookings must be made through our official channels. By confirming a booking, you agree to the Cancellation Policy and any associated fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
Pricing & Additional Charges
Prices depend on service type, vehicle size, and condition. Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, stains, or excessive dirt may require additional charges. Any adjustments will be communicated before or during service.
Pre-Inspection & Existing Damage
Before starting, we may conduct a visual inspection to identify scratches, dents, paint defects, or other issues. ViperX is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor paint quality, corrosion, aftermarket modifications, or structural weaknesses uncovered during cleaning.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the vehicle is unlocked, accessible, and placed in a safe, legal, and suitable area for detailing. Any personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service. ViperX is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
Service Limitations
Some stains, odors, or defects may be impossible to fully remove depending on age, material type, and previous vehicle condition. We will advise you of limitations as needed.
Liability
ViperX follows professional safety and care standards. We are not responsible for issues resulting from hidden defects, faulty electrical systems, failing seals, or structural damage unrelated to our service.
Mobile Detailing Requirements
Accurate address information and suitable working space are required. If the location is unsafe or unsuitable, we may decline service and apply cancellation terms accordingly.
Warranties & Results
Detailing results vary based on vehicle condition, materials, weather, and maintenance. Ceramic coatings or specialised services may include separate warranty terms explained at purchase.

All content on the ViperX website—including images, text, branding, and design—is the property of ViperX and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
